Thank you for shopping at BentleyRecords.io. The following terms are applicable for any products purchased through us.

1.1 If you purchased a digital product or service (e.g., music downloads, beats, artist collaborations, touring, digital albums, various music promo / Playlisting / radio related promo / charting packages, digital video distribution services, broadcasts or any online / digital content, or professional service, including all the services or non-tangible products / services available on the IO GOLD Shop™), please be informed that all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. We recommend previewing samples or demos before completing your purchase.

2. Subscription Products or Tangible Products

2.1 You have [14 calendar days] to return an item from the date you received it.

2.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2.3 You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
