As an artist and songwriter, Reign is heavily influenced by 80’s and 90’s RnB and Hip Hop. Coming from the small town of Varnville, SC there was poetry in every moment and it can be heard in her sound. Reign believes in a poetic background when it comes to her songwriting and considers herself a lyricist rather than a rapper. She claims to suck at freestyles but has hooks for days.
