Danielle Edwards’s music is an eclectic genre of mostly Rock, Folk, Pop, Contemporary, Country, Gospel and Classical/Broadway, comprised of covers and some original material. Within songwriting, she has songs written, which she hopes to produce into upcoming singles.
Currently, her focus is with cover songs, as they are the most accessible to her as an artist producing her own work. She sings and records using vocal tracks, acoustic guitar or piano accompaniment.
Danielle began singing and performing publicly at a very young age. She began private piano lessons at the age of 8, and is self taught on the guitar, with current professional instruction. She trained in Classical voice at the Chilliwack Music Academy for a year, and worked professionally as a musician, intermittently for the last 20 years. She has enjoyed and experienced professional work as an actor at different points in her career, as well.
As a mother of four, raising her three younger children at home, attending university as a Music major; a recently completed BA degree with a Theatre major and a Visual Arts minor, life is pretty full!
This has been her lifelong pursuit and dream to perform live and have music sold as an artist. Danielle looks forward to bringing great music to fans, that they will enjoy and be inspired to listen to.
