Swollen Lord a.k.a. Trent Scoggins, hails from Muskogee Oklahoma. His sound is a hodgepodge of jazz, funk, psychedelic rhythms and, rock. Many different influences can be heard throughout his music. He is a multi-instrumentalist who writes, records and, produces his own music.
He credits his passion for music to his older brother, a drummer, and his brothers fellow musician friends and bandmates who opened the door for him by suggesting he play the bass, allowing him to fill in the need for one in so many future projects.
He has released two EP’s and six singles to date and is currently working on his first full length LP.
