Colorology Project – Daddy B – Bio 2023 – Bentley Records
I have been a jazz recording artist and producer for twenty years, with 6 music “Daddy B”, music projects released. I am currently working with another 10 artists helping them produce and release their sound to the world. For fun, I have worked as an actor doing mostly stunt roles in over 20 films, television, or reality TV.
After my last (recent) three CD music project called “TIMBRE” where the sounds of each CD identify as (soft, medium, and Hard), I learned there is no exact science to the mapping of color to sound. The Initial origins are still unexplained or a phenomenon. Just because we now can determine wavelengths of light and sound as to what we may see and hear, the reason the color spectrums and sound waves are scales and ranges is because we all might see the same colors, but we all might be seeing a variation or different range of the same color. This is also true for what sounds one person may hear verses the next.
This journey has taught me, I was created to worship, created to do music, to recognize how blessed and fortunate I am to be able to enjoy all the colors, all signs and wonders, all the sounds around me and to appreciate it all without judgement.
The Colorology project has inspired me to continue to create music using the blended colors of sound. In addition, this project is a targeted mixture of all sounds and genres using blended artists and their talents representing their heritages from all over. All of the music is 100% positive, encouraging and uplifting. I am honored for their support to this project, and I am proud to share this outcome with you. To him be the Glory.
