Cleotha Payne III,known professionally as F. Blanco, also known as 3825 Blicka, or simply Blanco, is an American rapper. From 2016 to 2023, he’s released two mixtapes, multiple singles and an EP entitled D.O.P.E.(Definition Of Pressure EP), which was released in 2022. He caught the attention of Bentley Records CEO Luca Dayz, which resulted in him signing to the label in 2023. He then released his first single with the label that same year entitled “Trap Go Boom”, which was received well also. His second EP entitled “Good Man” is set to be released in May of 2024.
