Nafro is a tri-breed fusion of hiphop, Afro pop and New-age pop R&B. His influences range from Lil Wayne to Jason Derulo, Khalid to Fela Kuti, Kendrick Lamar to Sauti Sol, Usher to Twenty one Pilots. His rapper,singer/songwriter skills have enabled him to navigate a special realm of uniqueness thus enhancing his sound’s authenticity,catchiness and originality. He was brought up in Nairobi,Kenya but currently resides in Faroe Islands (Denmark).

Growing up in Kenya He depicted early signs of an artistic personality. Music was his go-to place. Dancing for a popular dance crew on high level platforms, only established how far he could go with the entertainment industry.
Nafro relocated to Faroe Islands and reinvented himself artistically by teaching himself how to engineer and record his music.
An industrious character talented not only in composition and performance, but production as well.His latest work clearly depicts engagement, relevancy, purpose and a lot of real life issues. His tracks are inspired by his personal experiences, family, close friends and relationships. He writes all his music, mostly arranges and engineers them to ensure the end product of his creativity is not distorted or lost.
