You ever hear somebody tell you that you’re not going to make it? Then, did you make the mistake of believing them? I listened to those people. Some were even in my family. And though I listened, I never believed. It motivated me.
I’m going to make it. And all those that doubted me coming to the top with me. Because without them, I wouldn’t have started this journey. Without them, I wouldn’t have been brave enough, strong enough or determined enough to prove their dumb asses wrong.
Next time somebody tells you you’re not good enough in something or that you won’t make it, give a menace smile, look them dead in their eyes and say, “Thank you.”
