Formed in July 2020, Sawtooth was initially a 2-piece reduction of the five member T-bone Vegan Funk Band, created in order to perform while meeting Covid restrictions. Since then, it has evolved into a combo with a focus and identity of its own. Using brief composed sketches as the starting point of complete group improvisation has become the center of Sawtooth’s experimental identity.
