Feylon Grey is an artist/ songwriter and producer out of Orlando, FL by way of Newport News, VA. He found love for music young, singing karaoke, mimicking his father playing the piano and playing drums for church. This would later get him into producing. A relative in Mississippi allowed him to sleep in a studio for a year to develop his musical talent and learn to record and engineer his own music. Solely producing some of his own songs like “Feelin it” and “Getta Bag”.
This artist’s versatility comes from singing at an early age with influences in R&B such as Boyz II men, and Brian Mcknight; Up to artists like Usher and Chris Brown. In singles like “We Vibin” and “Lost” you can experience something that’ll make you want to move your body, and notes that are sweet on the ears. With influences like Lil Wayne, Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, and Drake, Hip Hop became a passion for him a little later at 19 years old. The lyrical result of this can be felt in songs like “Daydreams” and “No apologies”.
Songwriting was an acquired skill, having written/performed spoken word poetry for a few years. He writes all of his own music, as well as for other artists such as Tyler Renata (Nu Deal Music Group; “Let me love you”, “Summertime”) and exciting upcoming artists, Verbosity.
Feylon Grey likes to branch out and test his musical limits. He has stated that he wants to work with other artists across different genres. There is no box he sees himself fitting in. Just good vibes and good music. This artist can melt your ears with his vocals and with unlimited flow, feels that he can go bar for bar in the booth with anybody. See for yourself!
