Sujith is a self-taught musician. His musical trail has been rickety yet he found poise. His talent began to bud by composing Christian Devotional music; his healing devotional songs have garnered much praise even from the early ages. Sujith’s first commercial album went on to win award for the best music video in the doc and short international film festival of 2015.
Being a longtime chorister for the 50-member choral group ‘Sing India with Jerry Amaldev’, Sujith’s tenor voice, has been effortlessly transcending genre boundaries that captivates the listeners. Integral to that is the extraordinary songwriting skills that made him a Semi-finalist in the ‘UK Songwriting contest’.
Sujith’s compositions reveal his appetite for music. His music is dark and heavy- infusing hip hop, glitch, dub, and trap to create a blend of original, unique, and interesting music; reconciling his love for a dense, yet playful interweaving with unpredictability.
Sujith’s repertoire consists of an acoustic variety. The infectious rhythms mix elements from nature which he later records and sample to use with perfect precision and placement in his songs. In his most recent EP, sounding better than ever before Sujith features collaborations with notable singers Lonelydoggy and Madhu Balakrishnan.
Currently, he is working on new EP which will be released by Bentley records.
